How to convert your link
Copy the document link
Open the individual DocSend document and copy its shared URL, such as docsend.com/view/… or dbx.docsend.com/view/…. Use a document link rather than a collection or Space.
Convert and review
Paste the link into DeckExport and choose Convert to PDF. If the original export is unavailable, DeckExport captures the viewer’s page images in order and shows progress as each page arrives.
Choose your pages and save
Check the preview, name your file, and leave Pages empty to keep the whole deck. Enter a selection like 1, 3-5 to download only those pages.
When the download button is missing
A missing PDF export does not always mean the pages are inaccessible. For supported public DocSend viewers, DeckExport reads the same page images displayed by the viewer and assembles them into a PDF. It checks the declared page count before accepting a completed capture.
The result is a visual copy of the deck. Text in captured pages is not selectable, and embedded links, animations, and videos stay in the original viewer. When DocSend supplies a native PDF, DeckExport uses that instead.
Access and file limits
Use documents you have permission to save. The link must open publicly without signing in, entering an email or passcode, verifying an identity, or accepting an NDA. DeckExport cannot complete those steps for you. Expired or revoked links also need a new share link from the sender.
Viewer capture supports up to 100 pages and 24 MB of source images, with a 4 MB and 16-megapixel limit per image. Native file conversion supports up to 12 MB. Completed PDFs must fit within the 48 MB PDF limit. If a viewer changes or a page cannot be loaded, DeckExport reports the failure instead of offering an incomplete PDF.
Why a link may not convert

Common questions
Is Dropbox DocSend the same as a Dropbox file link?
DocSend is Dropbox’s document-sharing product, but its deck viewer is different from a regular Dropbox shared file. Use this guide for docsend.com links. For dropbox.com links to PDF, PNG, or JPEG files, use the Dropbox guide below.
Can I convert a private or password-protected deck?
No. Ask the sender for a share link that permits public access, or for the original file. DeckExport does not use your signed-in browser session to open documents.
Why does my PDF have images instead of selectable text?
The viewer capture route uses page images because the original PDF is unavailable. The preview labels these results as Viewer capture. DeckExport does not apply OCR.
