Make a reading list from several Google files
Batch mode handles up to 50 sharing links in their original order. Correct any row with an error, then copy the valid PDF links or download a CSV with the input line, source type and export URL. The CSV contains links, not PDF files or document contents.
A generated URL has the correct format; it has not been tested against Google. Recipients still need access to each file. Blank lines are ignored, repeated links stay in place, and unsupported links do not prevent valid rows from completing.
A reusable link or a saved PDF?
A PDF export link asks Google for a PDF when someone opens it. If you update the source document, the same link points to its current version. A PDF you already downloaded is a separate snapshot and does not update. Google documents these link patterns in its PDF-sharing instructions.
Use this generator when you want a PDF link to share with people who already have access. Use the Docs, Slides or Sheets converter when you want to preview a public export and save selected PDF pages.
The three PDF URL formats
Replace the editor portion after the file ID with the appropriate export path. The generator keeps the file ID and any resource key, and removes editor, tracking and fragment settings.

What this link does not change
The person opening the link still needs permission to access and download the document. Creating a URL does not make a restricted file public or turn on downloads. A generated link can require Google sign-in, even though DeckExport’s public-link converter cannot use your signed-in session.
Some shared files require a resource key. The tool preserves it; treat the complete export URL with the same care as the sharing link. Google explains when resource keys are required.
Published /d/e/… pages, Drive folders and uploaded Office files are different inputs. Use the normal sharing link for a native Google document, or follow the Drive file guide for an existing PDF or image.
Notes, selected tabs and print layout
This tool generates the default export. It does not carry a Sheets gid, selected-cell range or custom print settings into the result. It also does not add speaker notes or multiple slides per page.
For a notes handout, follow the Slides printing guidance. For a specific worksheet or page layout, use Sheets print settings. You can then open the resulting PDF in Extract PDF Pages to choose an excerpt.
Does the generator upload my document?
No document is retrieved while generating a link. The URL is assembled in this browser; it is not sent to the PDF conversion service. The Open in Google action goes directly to Google.
